Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Waitbox (waitbox.app). By creating an account or joining a waitlist, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Waitbox.

You need to be at least 16 years old. Keep your password safe: you’re responsible for what happens in your account. Give us a real email so we can reach you.

• Only add people who asked to hear from you. Don’t import lists you bought or scraped.
• Don’t use Waitbox for spam, scams, illegal products or anything that harms others.
• Don’t try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service, including faking referrals.

What you put on your launch page, and the list of people who join it, belong to you. You give us permission to host and show it so we can run the service. You can export or delete it at any time.

The Free plan is free. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are not refunded for partial months or unused time, except where the law requires it. If you were charged by mistake, email us and we’ll make it right.

You can delete your account in Settings at any time; this deletes your launches and waitlists. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and we’ll tell you why when we can.

We work hard to keep Waitbox running, but it’s provided “as is”. We can’t promise it will always be available or error-free, and we’re not liable for indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date above and tell you by email about important changes. Using Waitbox after that means you accept them.
