When your countdown reaches zero, Waitbox sends your launch email to every verified member (if automatic sending is on). You can also send it manually from the dashboard.

Yes. Upload your logo, set your brand color, and edit the headline, description, button text and benefits. The page updates live as you edit.

Yes. Download your whole waitlist as a CSV at any time from the Waitlist page, in line order.

Pro is $19/month (or $190/year) for up to 3 launches and 5,000 people in total, plus rewards, every email editable, broadcasts, your own sequence emails, an updates feed, a custom domain and no badge.

No. The Free plan is free forever and needs no card. You only pay when you upgrade to Pro.

Nobody is turned away. New people still join, verify and get their ticket as usual. In your dashboard, everyone past your limit is locked until you upgrade to Pro; they're left out of exports and emails. Upgrade and they all unlock instantly.

Yes. Free includes 1 launch and Pro up to 3 launches. Switch between them from the dashboard sidebar.

Yes. The small badge on your launch page and tickets is removed on Pro.
